We hire problem solvers. Not passengers.
10x Labs is a strategy, technology and operations firm built by founders. We embed with businesses and deliver outcomes. If that sounds like how you want to work, keep reading.
What you'll actually work on.
The world is changing at a pace that creates real opportunity. Businesses need to transform, automate and build – and most can’t do it with a single discipline. It takes strategy, commercial judgment, engineering and operational execution working together. That combination is rare and that’s what we’ve built.
You’ll work on problems that span those disciplines. Energy market platforms, complex operational systems, production builds for organisations where the technology has to work. Not demos, not proofs of concept. Core systems that businesses run on.
You’ll work alongside people who’ve built and sold businesses, led strategy at major companies and scaled platforms to market leadership. The problems are real, the stakes are real and the learning is unlike anything a single-discipline firm can offer.
You'll work across strategy, operations and engineering on the same engagement. That breadth is genuinely rare and compounds quickly. Most people leave having a much richer understanding of how businesses actually work than they arrived with.
The team has built and sold companies, run M&A strategy at major energy businesses, scaled platforms to market leadership. You'll be in rooms with people who've actually done the things most firms just advise on. We are not interested in incremental improvements. We want to help transform the companies we work with. That changes the quality of the thinking around you.
You'll be given real responsibility and held accountable for real outcomes. Senior practitioners who do their best work when trusted to run will find this the right environment.
The way businesses operate is changing faster than most firms can keep up with. We're leaning into that. The work we're doing today, the platforms, the automation, the AI systems, is the infrastructure for how companies will run in the next decade. That's worth being part of.
You've built things. Not just talked about them.
You’ve built, scaled, or operated a business, product, or platform
You thrive in ambiguity and move fast without hand-holding
You understand that strategy without execution is worthless
You can work autonomously across time zones and cultures
You care about outcomes, not hours logged or titles earned
You communicate directly. No corporate speak, no politics
You’d rather fix a problem than write a report about it
You can explain complex things simply to non-technical people
What we actually care about.
Six operating principles, not philosophy. They show up in how we hire, how we run engagements and how we decide which clients to take on.
We embed with clients, roll up our sleeves and do the work. If you want to watch from the sidelines and write recommendations, this isn't the right place. If you want to actually build things, it is.
We move fast because the problems we're solving demand it. Senior practitioners with domain experience don't need months to get up to speed. We identify what matters, cut what doesn't and ship.
We often take equity in the businesses we work with and structure our fees around results. That changes how you think about the work. You're not billing hours. You're invested in what you build.
No hiding behind process or hierarchy. We communicate directly, with clients, with each other. If something's going wrong, it gets said early and addressed. That's how trust gets built.
The team is senior because the work demands it. But titles don't drive decisions here. The best argument wins, regardless of who makes it. You'll be heard from day one.
Remote-first across multiple countries. Self-motivated people, trusted to deliver. No performative productivity, no mandatory hours. Where you work matters less than what you produce.
Open roles.
We don’t always have roles listed. If you’re the right person, we’ll make room. Reach out even if you don’t see a perfect fit below.
